Locally strong wind gusts around 28 to 33 m/s are expected from southwest, and strong gale force 9 to storm force 10 at the coast. Loose items may be taken by the wind. Possibly cancelled departures for ferry, plane, or other transport. Bridges may be closed. Some journeys may have longer travel times. The power supply may be impacted, due to tree(s) falling over. Some roads may be closed due to trees or other objects in the road. Blowing snow causes reduced visibility and possibly convoys and/or closed roads. High waves may cause damage to infrastructure and buildings in the coastal zone. Secure loose objects. Close windows and doors tightly. Make sure that gutters, scaffolding, aerials and tarpaulins are securely attached. Avoid unnecessary journeys to exposed places. Follow advice and check status from transport operators. Check road reports (175.no). Be careful in coastal areas. In advance consider measures to limit damage.

Local blowing snow is expected on mountain roads due to strong wind. Open lowland areas are also exposed. Reduced visibility. Local driving conditions may become difficult due to snow accumulating on the road. Expect convoys and/or closed roads on short notice. Allow extra time for transportation and driving. Sunday evening and Monday before noon there is expected locally moderate or severe icing on ships in exposed coastal and fjord areas. Rapid ice accumulation on a small boat may cause it to lose its stability, tip over and sink. Moderate ice accumulation on the bow/bridge of the ship. Remove ice from the boat.
