Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Clifton Park, Rotterdam, Cohoes, Watervliet, Colonie, Mechanicville, Latham, Guilderland, Niskayuna, Menands, Green Island, Grafton, Waterford, Berlin, Loudonville, Center Brunswick, and Alplaus. This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 between exits 5A and 25. Interstate 890 between exits 5 and 9. Interstate 87 between exits 24 and 7, and between exits 8A and 9. Interstate 787 between exits 6 and 9. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding.
