Locations impacted include... Onondaga, Syracuse, Clay, Rome, Cicero, De Witt, Cortland, Sullivan, Oneida, Norwich, and Kirkland. This includes the following highway exits... Interstate 90 between 32 and 38. New York Interstate 81 between 10 and 31. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Heavy rainfall is occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
